Prior experience includes roles at Ansarada, where Phuong held positions as Development Manager and Software Development Team Lead, leading a digital-first, cross-functional team and developing the Tenders Platform. Phuong has also worked as a Principal Full Stack Engineer at The API Practice, providing technical expertise for government and enterprise digital initiatives, and held positions at IPS AG, AS White Global, and HPT Vietnam Corporation, contributing to software engineering and development projects. Phuong’s early career included a role as a Microsoft Student Partner and an internship at FPT Software. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from HCMC Open University and a Leadership Certificate from RMIT University.
