Kaare Wagner Christoffersen has extensive work experience in the legal field. Kaare currently serves as the General Counsel and Head of Group Legal at DS NORDEN since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Counsel at Maersk Line from June 2006 to January 2022. Kaare began their career at the Danish Maritime Authority as a Legal Advisor in February 2000 and held this role until May 2006. Kaare also served as a Legal Advisor at the Danish Maritime Authority during the year 2000.
Kaare Wagner Christoffersen attended the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained an LL.M. degree in Maritime Law. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1999, they attended the University of Copenhagen, specifically the Københavns Universitet, where they earned a Cand.Jur. degree in Law.
