Jens Nyhus

Jens Nyhus has extensive experience in leadership roles within the construction, urban development, and property sectors. Since November 2013, Jens has served as the CEO of Udviklingsselskabet Carlsberg Byen P/S, overseeing the development of the Carlsberg Byen urban district in Copenhagen, which includes residential, commercial, and cultural facilities. Jens also holds positions as a board member for DSB and Andel Lumen, and has contributed to various committees within DI - Dansk Industri, helping to establish a property association in Denmark. Jens' previous roles include board memberships with G.S.V. Materieludlejning A/S and GK Danmark A/S, as well as chairmanship at ArchiMed A/S, specializing in hospital architecture. Jens holds a General Management degree from INSEAD and an engineering degree in Construction Engineering from the Engineering College of Aarhus.
