Simon Balahang

Simon Balahang is a seasoned cloud architect currently serving as Principal Cloud Architect and Cloud Lead Architect at DSB, where Simon established the Cloud Center of Excellence and oversees architecture design and implementation for various projects. Prior experience as a Cloud Architect at NNIT involved building solutions for regulated industries, operationalizing these solutions, and implementing governance processes. Simon's career began with a graduate program at NNIT, which included rotations in Cloud Innovation Services and DevOps & Cloud Services, alongside work as a specialist student at e-Boks A/S focusing on digital transformation and the software development lifecycle. Educationally, Simon holds a Master's degree in Digital Innovation & Management from IT-Universitetet i København and a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from Aarhus University.
