Alex Dhina

Alex Dhina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the fragrance and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Senior Sales Director for Africa, Middle East & Turkey at dsm-firmenich since March 2024, Alex previously held various leadership roles at Firmenich, including Regional Director and Commercial Director for the Middle East and North Africa. Prior to these positions, Alex was Global Sales Director at FRAGRANCE SCIENCE and Country Manager at Siemens Healthineers, managing export businesses and direct sales in the healthcare sector. Additional experience includes tenure at the German-Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Siemens, where Alex focused on business development and strategic planning. Alex holds an Executive MBA from EDHEC Business School and multiple degrees in law, international relations, and European affairs.
