Joris Wouters

Joris Wouters currently serves as the Head of the Project Management Office (Global) for Engineering & Large Capital Projects at dsm-firmenich, a role commenced in May 2023. Previously, Joris Wouters held various positions within both dsm-firmenich and DSM, leading large capital investment projects exceeding 10 million Euros since February 2014. Prior to that, Joris Wouters contributed to RWE-Technology/Essent in multiple project management roles, including managing the sales carve-out of power plants and overseeing large investment projects. Earlier experience includes project leadership in underground gas storage at Essent Projects BV and a management trainee position at Philips Research focused on biosensors. Joris Wouters holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering & Chemistry from Eindhoven University of Technology, completed in 2004.
