Hyung-Kyu Choi is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in blockchain and software engineering. Currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at DSRV since August 2019, Hyung-Kyu leads all profit centers while also holding roles as CTO and CFO, focusing on blockchain research and engineering. Prior to DSRV, Hyung-Kyu was a Platform Engineer at Ground X, where the Klaytn blockchain was developed and launched. Experience at Samsung Electronics included optimizing AI inference acceleration and improving the JavaScript engine. Early career involvement as a Co-Founder and Software Engineer at UbiVelox Inc. contributed to the development of a Java-enabled mobile phone. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Seoul National University, along with Master’s and Bachelor's degrees in the same field from the same institution.
