Analise Gonzalez-Fine

Analise Gonzalez-Fine is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in college initiatives and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of College Initiatives at DSST Public Schools since June 2017, Analise leads a team in establishing a vision for college success, oversees talent development, and manages program refinement to enhance students' postsecondary opportunities. Previously, in roles such as Senior Manager of College Initiatives and Director of College Success at DSST, Analise focused on developing educational programs and curriculum while fostering a college success culture. Prior experience includes coaching Teach for America Corps Members and teaching at Atlas Preparatory School, complemented by a Master of Education from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from Kenyon College.
