Caitlin Mcelhaney-Perez

Caitlin McElhaney has extensive experience in education and talent acquisition, beginning as a 6th and 8th Grade Science Teacher at DSST Public Schools, where roles progressed from Talent Acquisition Coordinator to Director of Talent Acquisition from January 2014 to present. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Teacher at Aspen Creek K8 and a Teaching Assistant for the University of Colorado Science Discovery. Caitlin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Performance Management from Regis University.
