Steven Baker

Steven Baker is a leader with a proven track record in the implementation of large development programs in complex environments. He specializes in strategic risk, program investment, and economic development advice to a variety of non-governmental, private sector and government organizations. He has substantive experience undertaking design and implementation of economic development, trade and infrastructure programs in the extractives sector, with financial intermediaries and bilateral governments. Steven previously served as a Project Director and Econmic Growth Practice Lead for DT Global's Australia and Asia Pacific office, where he successfully supported teams in the region to positively influence government partners and industry stakeholders towards improving development outcomes through policy change, innovation, and delivery excellence.
