DT Infrastructure
DT Infrastructure is part of the Gamuda Group of Companies following the acquisition in May 2023 of Downer EDI’s Australian transport projects business. DT Infrastructure brings together unique synergies between global infrastructure and property giant Gamuda and local expertise in transport and infrastructure projects across metropolitan and regional Australia. For almost 10 years the infrastructure projects division of Downer successfully delivered multi-disciplined solutions for customers. Specialised capabilities include the design and construction of light rail, heavy rail, signalling, track and station works, rail safety technology, bridges and roads. A proven track record under a variety of contracting models has been based on our integrated capabilities to provide intelligent transport solutions, network management and maintenance, facility maintenance, utilities services and renewable energy technologies. Our road Infrastructure services include the complete design and construction of road earthworks, pavement construction, bridges and tunnels, and associated civil structures. Integration with broader capabilities enables an end-to-end service that extends to cover intelligent transport solutions and road network management and maintenance. The leadership and 1,100 strong infrastructure projects team transitioned from Downer to DT Infrastructure in June 2023. This has resulted in a complete transfer of experience and capability in the delivery of complex projects to DT Infrastructure. DT Infrastructure’s transport and rail capability will be further strengthened by Gamuda’s Asia-Pacific expertise, which has delivered turnkey metro rail projects including the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transport lines (KVMRT), entailing over 100km of metro rail track and 65 new stations in Kuala Lumpur.
