Wendy Ellis has extensive work experience in the legal field, beginning in 1990 as an Associate at Clark, Klein & Beaumont. Wendy then worked at MCN Energy Group, Inc. as an Attorney and later as a Senior Attorney. In 2000, they joined DTE Energy, where they held various positions, including Expert Attorney, Director - Legal, MichCon - General Counsel, and DTE Electric Company - General Counsel. In 2019, they became Vice President and General Counsel at DTE Energy Resources, LLC. Currently, Wendy is serving as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at DT Midstream.
Wendy Ellis earned their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Management from The University of Olivet from 1983 to 1986. Wendy's education also includes attending Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School.
