Mark Madden

Mark Madden is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and commercial law, currently serving as a Senior Attorney in both areas at DTE Energy since August 2021. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at General Dynamics Land Systems from 2010 to 2021, including Associate Counsel for U.S. Operations and multiple specialist roles in contracting and purchasing. Mark began the legal career as a Sr. Subcontract Administrator at General Dynamics Land Systems before transitioning to a Purchasing Agent at Burtek Inc. Mark earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cooley Law School and holds a degree in Industrial Distribution from Eastern Michigan University.
