Martina Boda

Martina Boda is a seasoned human resources professional with over 30 years of experience in benefit plan administration, organizational development, and HR management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Professional Benefits Administrator at DTE Energy since January 2008, Martina specializes in corporate benefit plans, analysis, and compliance, alongside strategic benefit plan design. Prior to this role, Martina held senior HR management positions at Visteon and CMS Energy, overseeing employee relations and implementing HR initiatives for large employee bases. An accomplished consultant, Martina has also contributed to the successful integration of HR policies during SAP implementations at Monsanto. Martina holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Saginaw Valley State University, along with a Yellow Belt Certification in Continuous Improvement.
