Mia Johnson

Mia Johnson has over two decades of experience in human resources and staffing, currently serving as a Senior Staffing Specialist at DTE Energy since April 2006, where an average recruitment of 50 employees annually has been achieved, alongside a strong proficiency in staffing laws and regulations. Prior to this role, Mia worked at Ford Motor Company from November 2000 to September 2005, providing comprehensive support for various employee programs, including recruitment and orientation, as well as assisting with leadership conferences and training.
