Mikael Gandy

Mikael Gandy is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager at DTE Energy since September 2012, with previous roles including Engineering Supervisor, Principal Network Engineer - Lead, Senior Network Engineer, and Electrical Engineer SCADA. Mikael has also taken on responsibilities as Emergency Generator Deployment Lead and worked with Power Systems Technologies. In addition to engineering expertise, Mikael serves as a coach at BMG since January 2022. Mikael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Philosophy, and Ethics from Adrian College (2007-2011), a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology (2011-2012), and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering (2012-2014).
