Robert Hemrick

Robert Hemrick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement within the utility and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Director at DTE Energy since 2008, Robert oversees quality governance for a significant portfolio of projects while leading a successful Continuous Improvement methodology that has garnered industry recognition and numerous Best Company Awards. In addition to a leadership role at DTE Energy, Robert contributes as a Board Member of the Arab American and Chaldean Council, focusing on community well-being and support services. With a strong background in operational roles at Dana Incorporated, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, and Cessna Aircraft Company, Robert has developed and implemented systems and processes that enhance efficiency and problem-solving capabilities. Educational credentials include an MBA from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
