Miji McConnell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director and Co-founder at DTI and as a Strategic Partner at SpaceWERX since June 2023, Miji has held key positions such as Principal at Burke Innovation and Venture Partner at Global Consolidated Partners from May 2021 to October 2023. Additionally, Miji was the Chief Operations Officer at SBIR Advisors Inc. from November 2021 to January 2023 and a Consultant/Capture Strategist at Long Capture from January 2020 to April 2021. Miji began a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, serving as a Medical Service Corps Officer and Communications Officer between 2007 and 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University.
