Jen Demay

Jen DeMay currently serves as Special Counsel at Duane Morris LLP since June 2022. Previously, Jen held positions as General Counsel at Unitek Learning from December 2020 to July 2022 and as Vice President & Senior Associate General Counsel at Adtalem Global Education from April 2018 to December 2020. Prior roles include General Counsel and Vice President & Counsel in the Department of Compliance & Legal Affairs at TCS Education System from October 2010 to March 2018, and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Education Management Corporation from April 2002 to October 2010. Jen began her legal career as Legal Counsel for the Archdiocese of Chicago from November 1998 to April 2002. Jen obtained a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law between 1996 and 1998, completed Leadership America in 2014, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1991 to 1995.
