Mark Patterson

Mark Patterson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate, finance, and resolution of problem assets. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Duane Morris LLP since May 2023, Patterson previously held positions as Member at Glast, Phillips & Murray, P.C. and Counsel at McDermott Will & Emery. Notable expertise includes commercial real estate finance, especially in the commercial mortgage-backed securities market, as well as advising significant investors and regional developers on multi-million dollar projects. Educated at South Texas College of Law Houston with a JD, Patterson also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
