Currently serving as the Admin & Procurement Manager at Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects since December 2002, Murtuza has previously held the position of Managing Partner at Diamond Wires, where responsibilities included the establishment and management of an Inline Wire Galvanizing Plant. Murtuza's educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Management from The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, alongside certifications from the American Purchasing Society, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Institute Of Public Enterprise. Murtuza's academic journey began with a Bachelor in Commerce from Nagpur University and a Diploma in Computer Application from Prism Computers.
