Stephen Mulvany is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in capital projects and asset management. Currently serving as the Capital Projects Portfolio Manager at Dublin City University since November 2017, Stephen previously held the position of Portfolio Manager at the National Asset Management Agency from June 2011 to July 2017. Earlier in Stephen’s career, a role as an Investment Analyst was held at a Dublin-based property investment and asset management firm, managing assets totaling €500 million from April 2006 to June 2011. Stephen's foundational experience includes a four-year accountancy training contract at a medium-sized accountancy practice, culminating in the Chartered Accountant designation awarded by Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2006. Stephen is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Dublin City University and possesses multiple qualifications, including a Diploma in Insolvency, Prince II Project Management Practitioner, and Qualified Financial Advisor Diploma.
