Darren Proctor has over 20 years of experience in the insurance technology sector, specializing in the design and implementation of the Duck Creek Insurance platform. Currently serving as a Duck Creek Policy and Policy Administration Architect at Tek-Know, LLC since March 2001, Darren has successfully implemented Duck Creek solutions for numerous clients. Concurrently, Darren holds a position as an Engineer at Willard Laser & Fabrication, focusing on CNC cutting and fabrication. Additionally, Darren has experience as a Senior Client Implementation Specialist at Duck Creek Technologies, successfully bringing multiple clients live with policy systems. From June 2020 to October 2021, Darren acted as the Chief Integrations Officer at PicPocket-Labs, overseeing Duck Creek integration and business development. Educationally, Darren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
