Lauralei Pariseau

Lauralei Pariseau is an experienced Senior Instructional Designer currently with Duck Creek Technologies, focusing on developing and deploying corporate training initiatives, including global employee onboarding and leadership development programs. Prior to this role, Lauralei held similar positions at Rocket Central and Rocket Mortgage, where responsibilities included assessing knowledge gaps and creating engaging learning experiences across various business areas. With a solid background in education and training, Lauralei has contributed to diverse projects, including leadership development programs, and has experience in creative roles, including as Assistant Artistic Director at Studio 8 Dance Company. Lauralei holds a Bachelor's degree in Learning Design & Technology and a minor in Dance from Wayne State University.
