Roy Mackenzie

Roy Mackenzie has served as a member of the Company’s board of directors since April 2016. Since January 2003, Mr. Mackenzie has held roles at Apax, most recently serving on the Investment Committee and as a member of the Tech & Telco investment team. Prior to joining Apax, Mr. Mackenzie held roles at McKinsey & Company from 1993 to 1995 and then again from 1999 to 2000, where he specialized in the technology sector. Mr. Mackenzie holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Master of Engineering from Imperial College, London.
