Mark Baldus

Mark Baldus is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in infrastructure management, service delivery, and technical support. Currently serving as the Infrastructure & Operations Manager at Dudek since November 2020, Mark oversees Infrastructure and Service Desk teams along with vendor and contract management responsibilities. Prior to this role, Mark was the owner of Paradise IT Consulting, providing specialized IT services to biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients. Mark has held various significant positions, including Senior IT Manager at Aries Pharmaceuticals, IT Service Area Manager at Kaiser Permanente, and IT Operations Delivery Manager at Pfizer La Jolla, demonstrating a strong capacity for managing IT needs across multiple organizations and sectors.
