Caroline Pearson

Caroline Pearson has extensive experience in the legal and compliance field. Caroline currently holds the position of Head of Legal & Compliance at Duffel. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Legal / Legal Director at Culture Trip from September 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they were a Legal (Commercial) Counsel at Culture Trip from July 2018 to September 2020.

Caroline also gained valuable experience as a Commercial Solicitor at Bird & Bird from September 2016 to July 2018. During their time there, they specialized in the media and entertainment, technology, and retail and consumer sectors, dealing with various commercial contracts and intellectual property rights. Caroline also worked as a Trainee Solicitor at Bird & Bird from August 2014 to August 2016.

Caroline had brief stints as a Trainee Secondee at Atos in 2015, a Legal Intern at Barlow Robbins in 2012, and a Legal Intern at Genworth Financial in 2012.

Furthermore, Caroline had previous roles at Assessment & Development Consultants (A&DC) Ltd as a Temp from September 2008 to February 2012, where they conducted research and administered assessment centres for clients, and at Hill+Knowlton Strategies as an Intern from July 2011 to November 2011, where they worked on various communication-related tasks.

Caroline Pearson's education history begins in 1994 when they attended Guildford High School until 2008. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following their secondary education, Caroline went on to attend the University of Oxford from 2008 to 2011. Here, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Experimental Psychology. After completing their undergraduate studies, Caroline then enrolled at The College of Law from 2012 to 2013 where they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL). Finally, in 2013 to 2014, Caroline completed their legal education at Kaplan Law School, where they obtained a Legal Practice Course (LPC) degree.
