Susan Benoit has extensive experience in the banking and mortgage lending sectors, currently serving as Mortgage Lending Manager and Mortgage Operations Manager at DuGood Federal Credit Union since June 2018. Prior to this role, Susan worked at MidSouth Bank from January 2008 to June 2018 as Banking Center Manager/Mortgage Specialist, where responsibilities included business development, customer relationship management, and mortgage loan origination. Proven skills in mentoring staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing operational processes have been demonstrated throughout Susan's career, contributing to branch growth and profitability.
