Travis Novak has over seven years of marketing experience. From 2012 to 2017, they held various roles in the marketing industry. In 2012, they held an internship at Fiberstar, Inc. as a Marketing Communications Intern, where they designed print and digital product brochures, sell sheets, website landing pages, and pay-per-click ads. Travis also held an internship at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where they designed promotional materials for on-campus activities and events. In 2013, they began working at Love's Travel Stops as a Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer, where they were the marketing lead for multiple non-fuel profit centers and collaborated with the creative and production departments to develop engaging content and point-of-sale marketing materials. In 2017, they joined Duke Cannon Supply Co. as the Director, Brand & Product Innovation, Manager, Product Design and Development, and Brand Marketing & Design Specialist. In this role, they were directly responsible for supporting annual growth via product, articulating Duke Cannon's product strategy, defining and delivering the product pipeline, and ensuring exceptional expression of the Duke Cannon brand through meaningful and disruptive product experiences.

Travis Novak completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications and Art Minor from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 2013. In 2021, they completed a Certification in Product Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
