Donna Wagner is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Lead IT Applications Analyst at Duke Energy Corporation since September 2016, Wagner has previously held multiple roles at Accenture from January 2008 to September 2016, including Team Leader, Associate Manager, and Manager. Prior to that, an IT Specialist position at IBM and an EDI Analyst role at ZF Group North American Operations were completed. Wagner's career began at American Greetings, formerly Gibson Greetings, Inc., where responsibilities included both Analyst Programmer and Human Resources Assistant roles. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Mount St. Joseph University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
