Chris Robinson, PhD, has extensive experience in publishing and academia. Currently serving as the Associate Books Marketing Manager at Duke University Press since June 2014, Robinson has also held the position of Senior Copywriter. Prior roles include Assistant Editor for American Studies and Graduate Student Program Assistant at the University of Kansas, as well as contributing writing positions at Downbeat and Earshot Jazz. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in American Studies from the University of Kansas, a M.A. in Music History from the University of Idaho, and a B.A. in Music from Linfield University.
