Additionally, they worked at Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry as the Director of Customer Service Centers and Acting Director of Members Relations from 2012 to 2013, and as Director of Member Relations from 2012 to 2016. Currently, they are working as the Chief Operating Officer at Dulsco since April 2017, where they have held various roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Operating Officer - Support Services, Director of Institutional Support, Government & Corporate Affairs, and Director of Business Support Services.

Mahdi Mohamad completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Middlesex University. Mahdi attended Middlesex University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Banking and Finance from the Emirates Institute for Banking and Finance, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. In addition to these educational qualifications, Mahdi Mohamad also holds an MBA certification, although the institution and the year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
