Julie Challinor

Julie Challinor is an experienced professional with a strong background in change management and IT services. Currently serving as the Group CRM Change and Adoption Manager and Engagement and Innovation Lead at DuluxGroup since January 2002, Julie has been pivotal in aligning technology teams with business strategy and promoting digital transformation. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of IT Professional Services and Change Manager at Orica Australia Pty Ltd, as well as various positions at Orica Limited focused on change management and staff development. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Monash University and a Postgraduate degree in Women's Studies from Victoria University.
