Currently serving as the Business Systems Development Manager at Dunavant, Jay oversees the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of business software applications. Previous roles include Senior Business Analyst at Louis Dreyfus Company, where responsibilities involved SAP integration requirements for cotton inventory systems, and a long tenure at Hilton that encompassed various leadership roles, including Lead Platform Architect and Product Manager. Early career experiences include project management positions at Urban Art Commission, Farms.com, and Morris DigitalWorks. Jay holds an MBA in Executive Management from Vanderbilt University and a BA in English Literature and Graphic Design from Washburn University.
