Graeme Switzer

Graeme Switzer is a partner at Duncan Cotterill, a position held since June 2011, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, company restructurings, securities offerings, commercial contracts, and general corporate and commercial law. Prior to this role, Graeme worked as a senior associate at Bell Gully from September 2005 to May 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Economics, and Accounting from The University of Auckland, a Master of Laws in Corporate Law from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington. Graeme attended St Kentigern College from 1987 to 1991.
