Dave Gess has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as a Buyer at Duncan Solutions since 2015. Prior roles include Development Sourcing Administrator at Erik Buell Racing LLC and Buyer positions at Hoffmaster Group, Inc., Sellars Wipers, and Buell Motorcycle Company. Notable accomplishments include contributions to the migration of Innoware to Hoffmaster's ERP systems and the implementation of MRP at Sellars Wipers. Earlier in their career, Gess worked as a photographer at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, after earning a BA in Mass Communication and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where studies took place from 1971 to 1976.
