Lucy Hands

Lucy Hands is a seasoned professional in customer and performance analysis, currently serving as a Senior Customer and Performance Analyst at Dunelm since April 2022, after a role as Senior Commercial Analyst. Previously, Lucy worked at Aldi UK as part of the Global Business Coordination Customer Insights team, and at Walgreens Boots Alliance as a Data Scientist, where responsibilities included leading trials and providing actionable insights through data modeling and statistical analysis. Lucy began the career in analytics with roles focused on trial design and execution at Boots UK and has demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills through experiences as a Student Ambassador at The University of Sheffield and a Senior Student Guide at the University of Liverpool. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from The University of Sheffield and another in Geography from the University of Liverpool, alongside a solid foundation from Trent College.
