Meya Laraqui

Meya Laraqui is an accomplished professional in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of M&A / Corporate Development at Duolingo since September 2024. Prior to this role, Meya held similar positions at Kite from November 2022 to September 2024 and at Thrasio, where, as M&A Manager, Meya managed the deployment of over $210M in strategic investments and acquisitions. Meya's extensive experience includes roles at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Associate, specializing in the consumer and retail sectors, and at Triago as a Private Equity Associate. Meya holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
