Yinuo Hu

Yinuo (Eva) Hu is an experienced technical program manager and researcher currently serving as an Associate Technical Program Manager at Duolingo since August 2023. Prior to this role, Yinuo was a Research Assistant and Project Manager at the UNC MURGe-Lab, where Yinuo developed an AI-based system for personalized Student Evaluations of Teaching, achieving high user satisfaction. Yinuo co-founded xDRAFT Startup Initiative, serving as AI Product Manager and building an AI-based email topics detector. Yinuo's experience also includes a role as a Technology Consultant at Accenture, where cost-saving strategies were proposed, and previous positions as Research Assistant and Software Engineer. Yinuo holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
