Max Lecaros possesses a diverse background with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and volunteer service. Currently, Max serves and supports correctional food service organizations at Federal Supply USA since March 2019, focusing on planning and costing. Max has been involved as an Interim Housing Volunteer for DuPage Pads since 2004, assisting with various duties at overnight housing sites. Previously, Max held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at E6 Solutions, LLC, and National Sales Manager at Cook's Correctional Kitchen Equipment, showcasing a strong sales leadership in the corrections industry. Additional roles at Standard Register, Divine, Inc., Legato Systems, Quest Software, and Platinum Technology contribute to an impressive sales record, including multiple awards for highest revenue production. Max holds a degree from Marquette University.

At DuPagePads, our mission is to end homelessness in DuPage County and we believe we have the solution: housing coupled with support services and employment. Recognizing 30 years of service, DuPagePads has assisted more than 28,000 people, provided nearly 700,000 nights of shelter and over 2,000,000 meals. As the largest and only non-restrictive shelter in the community, DuPagePads is essential to those who are homeless in DuPage County, Illinois.
