Shannon Phillips is an experienced Case Manager currently working at DuPage Pads since November 2022. In addition to this role, Shannon has been employed as a Warehouse Manager/Customer Service/Logistics professional at Donghua USA since January 2021, focusing on warehouse efficiencies and conflict resolution among staff. Previous experience includes serving as a Case Manager at The Association for Individual Development from July 2014 to February 2022, where responsibilities encompassed crisis intervention and client care management, including liaising with insurance providers and conducting outreach programs. Additional experience includes a Social Services Intern role at Peoples Resource Center and an internship with Youth Outlook. Shannon holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Aurora University.
