Lila-Marlene Mac-Donald is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer and Director Finance & Operations at DUPI Group since February 2020. Prior to this, she held the position of Manager Operations & Control at Victor Insurance Nederland from 2011 to January 2020. With previous experience as Manager Fiduciary at Marsh from 2007 to 2011, Manager Finance at RCV Entertainment from 1998 to 2007, and Controller at Hucor Holding from 1991 to 1998. Lila-Marlene holds a Master's degree in Controlling from Open Universiteit acquired between 2008 and 2012, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Advanced studies in management from HBO Management attained between 2003 and 2005. She also attended Ewald P.Meyer Lyceum from 1984 to 1987.
