Michele Rocha

Michele Rocha has a strong background in marketing and communication. MICHELE is currently working at dss+ as a Marketing Specialist for Latin America. In this role, they manage the marketing team and coordinates various marketing activities, including events, webinars, email campaigns, and CRM management. MICHELE is responsible for generating leads for the sales team and developing measurement reports, managing budgets, and recruiting and selecting personnel. Michele also serves as a consultant and instructor for safety and supervisory programs.

Prior to their current role, Michele worked at DuPont as a Marketing Specialist for five years. MICHELE had similar responsibilities, including team coordination, marketing activities, lead generation, and reporting. MICHELE also worked at Coastal do Brasil (DuPont) as a Coordenadora de Marketing, where they were responsible for marketing coordination. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Assistant, assisting with marketing campaigns, translations, text revisions, and event organization. MICHELE started their career as a Marketing Intern, where they updated customer contacts, developed storyboards, and handled various writing tasks.

Michele Rocha completed their post-graduate studies in Marketing at FAE Centro Universitário from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's and Teaching degree in Portuguese and Spanish from the Universidade Federal do Paraná between 2002 and 2008. In addition, they acquired certification in "Vieses Inconscientes na Tomada de Decisão" from LinkedIn in October 2020.
