Matt Van Hanehem has over two decades of experience in the field of microelectronics and chemical mechanical polishing (CMP). Currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at DuPont since March 1999, Matt has previously held the position of CMP Technology Manager at Dow from September 2008 to April 2019. Earlier in their career, Matt worked as an Applications Engineer at Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials for a decade and as a Senior CMP Process Engineer at both Intel Corporation and Digital Equipment Corp. Matt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microelectronic Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completing studies in 1992.
