In 2010, they were a Custom Solutions Project Manager at Pitney Bowes and an Energy Efficiency Consultant at Navigant Consulting. In 2012, they worked as a Smart Grid Engineer at Baltimore Gas & Electric. From 2013 to 2018, they were a Manager at KPMG Advisory, where they focused on researching and developing thought leadership material on the future of the utility industry and facilitating strategic road mapping for a retail electric provider. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Transformation & Revenue Operations at Duquesne Light Company, where they lead a team of 43 and oversee billing, credit & collections, supplier services, and payment processing functions. They have a strong focus on leveraging technology and data analysis to provide excellent customer service.
EJ Schuck has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, which was obtained between 2005 and 2009. Following that, EJ Schuck pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Energy Systems Engineering at Lehigh University from 2009 to 2010.
