Will Masinda

Will Masinda is an experienced Process Engineer II specializing in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing at The Duracell Company since November 2017. In the current role, Will leads the development of battery component manufacturing processes, overseeing project goals and identifying process improvements, including supporting a $250k capital management initiative for new equipment. Previous roles at The Duracell Company include Process Engineer I, where Will managed validations of new cell designs and evaluated processing methods for cost savings. Prior to this, Will served as a Jr. Technology Analyst at CONNSTEP, Inc., and completed a co-op at UTC Aerospace Systems focusing on materials engineering. Will holds a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut.
