Sarah Paterson

Sarah Paterson is an experienced educator currently serving as a High School English Teacher at Durham Public Schools, where responsibilities include leading the English II PLC and previously holding the role of Department Chair. With a background in teaching English across various grade levels and advanced courses such as AP Language and Composition, Sarah has adapted instruction to both in-person and remote environments. Additional experience includes serving as a Summer Instructor at Duke University, where Sarah taught middle school students in creative writing, and positions at Critical Thinking Company, where responsibilities encompassed content creation and digital project coordination.
