Bindu Ananth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health finance and social impact ventures. As the Founder of Dvara Health Finance since December 2021, Bindu also co-founded and serves as Chairperson of Dvara Holdings since 2008, alongside leadership roles at Dvara KGFS and Dvara Research. In addition, Bindu contributes as an Independent Member of the Policyholders Protection Committee at IndiaFirst Life, and as a Fellow in the Finance Workstream for the Lancet Citizens’ Commission on Reimagining India’s Health System. Bindu's board responsibilities include being an Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd., as well as overseeing risk management at Avanti. Bindu has also held independent director positions with organizations such as the Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture and Lendable MSME Credit Fund. Bindu Ananth holds an MPAID from Harvard Kennedy School, a PGDRM from the Institute of Rural Management Anand, a BA in Economics from Stella Maris College, and a certificate in diabetes education from IIHMR, Delhi.
