Nancy Baccam

Nancy Baccam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client services, integration, and account management. Currently serving as an Integration Consultant at Dwolla since March 2019, Nancy has previously held roles including Customer Success Manager, Integration Manager, and Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing relationships with Scale and Enterprise Customers and providing strategic support. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Client Services at The ADi Group, where Nancy managed operations and client programs, and Senior Account Manager, focusing on client relationships and project support. Further experience was gained at Garner Printing, Cerner Corporation, Iowa State University, and Principal Financial Group. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Iowa State University.
