Leonie von Selzam has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment. Leonie first worked at Goldman Sachs as part of the firmwide recruitment team from 2006 to 2009. Leonie then joined Deutsche Bank as the Team Lead for Graduate Recruitment in the CIB division from 2009 to 2014. In 2017, they joined DWS Group as the Talent Acquisition Lead. Prior to their current position, Leonie had a role in Talent Acquisition at Deutsche Bank.
Leonie von Selzam holds a Diplom Psychologe degree in the fields of Psychology and Law from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg.
